Our drum instructors teach all styles, from rock and metal to pop, jazz, funk, country, blues and classical.
How qualified are your drum instructors?
As a group, our drum instructors have well over 20 years of experience in playing, recording and teaching. Our instructors find ways to relate to their students and teach them the foundation of drumming through theory and notation.
What will I learn from drum lessons at Niagara School of Music?
Our instructor states that once you know how to read the drum music, you can apply that and start playing basic beats that evolve into more complex beats and patterns, turning into full songs where you learn about song structure, drum fills and more.
Do I need to purchase a drum kit to learn the drums?
Although we provide a drum kit for the classroom , it is recommended to purchase a drum kit for home use. You can also rent a drum kit and we can recommend a reputable music store.

Lessons are available six days a week, and scheduled once a week. A one-time registration fee of $30 is applicable.
